Manama, Jan. 26 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa praised the strong historical relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Kingdom of Morocco and its constant keenness to strengthen them in various fields.
This came during his reception at the Al-Safariyya Palace today, Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans residing abroad, Nasser Bourita, on the occasion of his visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain to participate in the work of the fifth session of the Bahraini-Moroccan Joint Higher Committee.
The Moroccan minister conveyed to His Majesty the King the greetings and appreciation of His Majesty King Mohammed VI of Morocco and his wishes for further growth and prosperity for the Kingdom of Bahrain and its people.
His Majesty the King welcomed the Moroccan minister and asked him to convey his greetings and best wishes to the Moroccan monarch.
His Majesty King Mohammed VI praised the efforts of His Majesty King Mohammed VI to strengthen the relations between the two kingdoms.
His Majesty the King praised the positive results of the joint committee meeting in promoting bilateral cooperation to serve the interests of the two countries and peoples.
The Moroccan Minister of Foreign Affairs expressed his thanks and gratitude to His Majesty the King for the warm reception and hospitality and his keenness to further strengthen the brotherly relations between the two countries.
