Manama, Feb. 16 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today issued Decree No. (17) of 2023 amending Article (1) of Decree No. (61) of 2021 establishing the Public Sports Authority, based on a proposal from the Prime Minister and after approval The Cabinet stated:
Article 1:
The definition of the Minister contained in Article (1) of Decree No. (61) of 2021 establishing the Public Authority for Sports shall be replaced with the following definition:
Minister: The minister concerned with youth affairs.
Article 2:
The Prime Minister and the Ministers – each within his jurisdiction – shall implement the provisions of this decree, and it shall come into effect upon its issuance, and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
