Manama, November 3 (BNA) His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa sent a congratulatory cable to President Charles A. Savarin, President of the Commonwealth of Dominica, on the occasion of his country’s Independence Day.
His Majesty the King wished His Excellency good health and happiness.
