Manama, February 14 (BNA) His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a cable of congratulations from the President of the Constitutional Court, Sheikh Khalifa bin Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, on the 21st anniversary of the National Action Charter.
The head of the Constitutional Court said in the cable that the charter laid the foundations of a stable democratic system that embodies the visions of His Majesty the King aimed at building a state of institutions and law, strengthening justice and protecting rights and freedoms.
