Manama, December 27 (BNA) The Secretary-General of the Higher Education Council, Dr. Sheikha Rana bint Isa bin Daij Al Khalifa, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Trustees, received in her office today Dr. Zainab Rashid Siwar, who introduced her to her Excellency. A copy of a doctoral and master’s thesis obtained from Helwan University.
Dr. Sheikha Rana praised the efforts made in preparing the thesis, wishing Dr. Zainab more success.
