Manama, May 1 (BNA): His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Hamad Al Khalifa, National Security Adviser, Secretary General of the Supreme Defense Council and Commander of the Royal Guard, congratulated Lieutenant General. His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, for his promotion to the rank of lieutenant general, by royal order from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
