HH Shaikh Nasser dedicates endurance victory to HM the King

Manama, Mar. 4 (BNA): The Al Qudra Royal Team won the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Cup, which was held in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa gifted victory to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

The victory came a week after the team won the World Endurance Championship for a distance of 160 km, which was held in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, directed the team to participate in the 120 km “Al Fursan” race.

The Knight of the Royal Endurance Team, Muhammad Abdul Hamid Al-Hashemi, outperformed 204 competitors from 40 countries, to win the race that was held in Al-Ula Governorate, recording 5 hours, 47 minutes and 54 seconds.
