My client is based in Abu Dhabi and has recently gone through a period of change in the HR team. They are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition to manage institutional recruitment from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have a mix of internal recruitment and executive search as well. The ideal candidate will be able to build a staffing function (team members, systems and processes) in line with the future growth plans of the business.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of recruitment experience
Experience in assigning group level roles in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Legal etc.
Ideally, you will have a combination of agency experience and in-house experience.
– New ideas: in terms of systems, processes, assessment and behavioral tests.
– Someone who is currently residing in the UAE and understands the dynamics of employment here
