As part of their Saudization initiative/scheme/goal, they are looking for a Saudi national leader specialized in facilities management, with experience in workplace transformation and solutions, rethinking creating flexible workspaces to accommodate different types of work, workers and technology.

Description
* Directs and evaluates management personnel. Ensures that employees receive training related to specific job tasks and responsibilities
* Develops and monitors the department’s budget. Ordering equipment and supplies and controlling inventory; Makes capex requests as needed.
* Develop, implement and supervise preventive maintenance and renovation programs for buildings, land, mechanical and electrical systems, utilities, safety and security systems
* Prepares specifications for physical plant projects. Estimates of costs for equipment, materials, labor and supplies; Prepares bid specifications for contracted projects, equipment and services; Oversees construction sites and projects undertaken by external contractors.
* Improving all aspects of working life, from the quality and safety of the physical environment, to how workers feel about their work, their work environment, the climate at work and the organization of work.

* Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or Engineering or equivalent (MBA preferred)
* At least 10 years of experience in facilities management
