Manama, March 3 (BNA): Harry King, from Great Britain, started the race at the 2023 Gulf Air Formula 1 Bahrain Grand Prix by leading the first practice session in the fifth round of the 2022/2023 Porsche Sprint Middle East. east.
King posted a best lap time of 2 minutes, 02.539 seconds while completing 16 laps of work.
He had a small gap of 0.023 seconds ahead of championship leader Ariel Levy of Israel, while Canada’s Bashar Mardini was third, 0.237 seconds off the lead.
Aside from being the overall leader, King was also the fastest of the Pro class drivers, with Mardini the fastest in the ProAm.
The Am class was topped by Mark J Thomas from Canada.
The Bahraini Sheikh Salman bin Rashid Al Khalifa occupied the tenth place in the session, with a difference of 2: 03.787 laps.
