• Coordinates all administrative aspects of production, including preparation of final designs for presentation, color verification and approval, transcription, text format separation, and image scaling for print production.
• Ensures that all parties are informed and deadlines are met.
• Prepare layouts, designs, artwork and shapes for use in publication and/or exhibition design.
• layout and scaling of images, and marking them to obtain appropriate screen values for print reproduction;
• Designs, develops and produces artwork such as charts, maps, charts, posters, banners and report covers.
• Organizes copy flow and maintains database/bibliographic/archive retrieval system for all references used in creating published material.
• May handle copyright, reprinting and permission operations.
• Support photo and video editing to create images needed for airlines / F&B and Alpha as a whole.
• Manage the production of Alpha Sharjah’s web and print requirements including newsletters, banners, charts, exhibits, web graphics support and any other special requirements from concept to implementation.
• Experience in digital communications and exhibition graphics with a minimum of 2-3 years experience.
• You must have a true passion for all things visual in the areas of branding, identity and print communications. These are company identities, branding guidelines, brochures, newsletters, presentations, and all the other print communications you can think of.
