Project: As part of its 2040 strategy to promote cultural and artistic innovations. A modern center for arts and culture is being built. Under one roof, the center will house facilities such as food and beverage outlets, a cinema, and art clubs.
We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our established and growing team in Oman.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Administering all project costs and commercial functions to ensure that all project reports, cash flows, budgets and forecasts comply with client requirements.
• Work alongside the senior commercial management team in developing, implementing and managing commercial controls and procedures.
• Assist in the procurement and commercial management of all pre- and post-contract phases of the project to be awarded to local and international consultants and contractors.
• Support the process of resolving payment issues for external vendors and suppliers.
• Support the development of payments review, controls, and approval procedures for all financial management activities within the business unit.
• Coordinate additional resources as required across the business unit.
