London, April 29 / BNA / The total number of people infected with the new coronavirus (Covid-19) worldwide has exceeded 509.65 million, while 6623976 people have died, according to a Reuters count.
Infections have been reported in more than 210 countries and territories since the first cases were identified in December 2019.
