Job description and summary
A career in our Financial Services Audit practice, within External Audit Services, will provide you with the opportunity to provide a range of assurance and business advice services to a diverse range of clients from small, fast-growing clients to large entities. Our clients are often well-known brands and have a wide international reach. We focus on using the latest technology to reduce the level of manual testing ensuring that you will focus on the most valuable areas of customer service and on enhancing corporate governance and the reliability of our customers’ information.
Our team helps financial institutions navigate regulatory complexities while enhancing trust and transparency in their business. Our clients cover industries in banking, capital markets, private equity, insurance and consumer finance. While many business rules have changed, the basics have not. You will work alongside senior members of the client management team in planning the audit process from start to finish, ensuring completeness, accuracy and fair presentation of our clients’ information.

Favorite skills
An ACA/ACCA/CPA qualification (or equivalent) with extensive audit experience including planning, controlling and completing a variety of tasks
Effective communication skills when working at all levels with advanced listening and questioning techniques
Proven track record in establishing and maintaining strong client relationships. Proactive approach to problem solving and providing solutions to clients
Demonstrated ability to take responsibility and use initiative, especially when working to tight deadlines
Ability to work independently without direct day-to-day management Desire for continuous self-improvement
Experience in supervising and developing employees
Knowledge of international accounting standards and international financial reporting standards
Minimum years experience required
