First impressions are everything! As a front desk agent, you will take care of guests from the moment they arrive until their departure by ensuring that they have an unforgettable experience with us.

What will you do:
Welcome, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
– Take the initiative to add a personalized experience
– Proudly upgrade hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance guest stay through additional selling
Your experience and skills include:
– Fluent in English (oral and written).
Service-focused character is essential; Experience is an asset
Previous experience working with Opera or a related system
Must be flexible in terms of working hours
Must have the ability to handle criticism effectively and accurately
