During the meeting, the strong relations between the two countries were highlighted, and ways of enhancing cooperation were discussed to serve the interests of both sides.
They stressed the importance of the continuation of the truce in Yemen and called on the international community to pressure the Houthis to enter into political negotiations under the supervision of the United Nations to reach a comprehensive political solution to the conflict.
