FM attends MoU signing ceremony between GCC, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan

Nur-Sultan, October 12 (BNA) The General Secretariat of the Gulf Cooperation Council signed in Nur-Sultan two memoranda of understanding on political consultations and cooperation with the foreign ministries of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

The ceremony was attended by Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Chairman of the current session of the Ministerial Council of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf.

The memorandum of understanding was signed on behalf of Kazakhstan by the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs Akan Rakhmatulin and on behalf of Uzbekistan by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdul Aziz Kamilov.

The two memoranda on behalf of the Gulf Cooperation Council were signed by the Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council, Dr. Nayef Falah Al-Hajraf.
