Job description and summary
• Provide digital support to the broader Finance & Academy team by automating processes, performing data processing, and creating data visualization
• Preparation of management information and dashboards, including analysis of the profitability of participation
• Prepare accounts receivable reports and dashboards
• Manage work in progress, ensuring timely billing of company posts
• Billing and cash assignment for an open academic course aligned with Sales Force CRM
• Ensure open cycle sales comply with credit control policies
• Reconciling the Academy’s Open CRM cycle with iPower . billing
• Ensure open cycle sales comply with credit control policies
• Managing public engagement, job code generation, final billing and closing
• Liaise with central finance teams to ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain financial records and other assigned tasks – (reporting/scheduling)

Skills and requirements
Desirable: Professional Accounting Qualification (CPA, ACCA or equivalent)
Desirable: Demonstrable experience using digital tools to automate processes, manipulate and visualize data
• High level of technical proficiency and computer literacy especially using Excel, Word and Power Point (Google Apps equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years previous experience in a finance role
• Excellent spoken and written English language skills
• Excellent business writing skills
• Advanced management skills in order to establish and maintain systems for effective service delivery
• In a friendly, professional manner
• Meticulous and meticulous approach with extreme attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
• Flexibility in working hours (evenings and weekends when required)
