The FC Associate under general supervision must perform warehouse operations such as shipment receipt and inspection, and order preparation and dispatch. In their pursuit of excellence, the core values that all of our employees must possess are commitment, integrity, empathy and flexibility.
Basic tasks
– Goods receiving function such as unloading, checking and storing all incoming shipments.
– Order preparation such as picking and packing for customer order as per requirements.
Ensure vehicles are properly inspected, dispatched and loaded compared to dispatch documents.
– Carry out activities such as scanning, cello winding, heat shrinking, labeling or other value-added services as required.
– Ensure accurate stock replenishment
Assist with inventory counts, verifications or other projects as instructed.
– Ensure accurate and correct handling of inventory
Strictly follow standard processes and procedures and work instructions.
Ensure that machinery, equipment, consumables, and other resources are used carefully, efficiently, and well maintained.
– Store items in an organized and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms or other areas
Report any defects or damage in stock to supervisors
– Ensure that the warehouse is clean and tidy.
Maintaining a high level of customer service and customer focus at all times.
– Maintaining a collaborative work environment.
Ensure that the department maintains a high level of health, safety and environmental performance in accordance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
Report all incidents, of whatever nature and whatever their cause, to their immediate superior and complete all necessary documentation promptly and accurately.
Not to intentionally or negligently interfere with or misuse any equipment provided to ensure health, safety or welfare.
Report damage to fixtures and equipment fixtures, MHE defects, and accidents at work.
