Job title:
• Calculate the costs of food and beverages
• Controlling food and beverage outlets in terms of waste, theft and efficiency
• Preparing variance analysis for food and beverages and communicating with related parties
• Verify and verify whether all sales have been properly transferred to the Property Management Systems (PMS)
• Check the cost of sales at all F&B outlets and ensure that costs are within budget
qualifications:
• Open to India, Nepali and Filipino
• 35 years and under
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 3 years of experience in the same role from the Hospitality/F&B industry.
• Experience in accounting system, point of sale systems, cost systems and inventory
• Priority will be given to candidates who can join immediately
