what are you going to do
In Chalhoub we express the exception! As a Fashion Consultant, you will be responsible for achieving individual and group sales targets while delivering an exceptional guest experience; Ensure support in the implementation of CRM, CX and other key initiatives for customers and individuals in the store.
• You will collect data on customer behavior, best sellers and slow drivers that will be key inputs for business reviews
• Leading customer relationships within a multi-channel approach
• Provide pre-purchase notes on products
• Leading the eNPS through people-experience initiatives and culture
• Ensure adherence to virtual machine guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure that click and combine are performed within SLAs (SLA)
• Ensure that customer data is captured correctly in compliance with the requirements of the marketing team
• Promote your loyalty program (MUSE) and stay up to date on app offers, etc.
• Support with in-store marketing events and activations
• Keep abreast of all brand social media activities and campaigns
• Paying in-store sales
• Supporting in-store customer experience initiatives
• Provide input for what works/what doesn’t work well within the store
What you will need to succeed
• Strong English communication skills
