We are looking for seasoned strategy professionals to join our rapidly growing team in Riyadh at the manager level. As part of EY Parthenon’s strategy, you will have the opportunity to present projects that have a strong impact on the region and advance your career through a wide range of engagements, mentoring and formal learning.

Your main responsibilities

As a manager in a strategic consulting practice, you will be a key participant in workflows and engagement as you translate client needs into project assignments and deliverables. You will work closely with clients to define the goal and scope of engagements and deliverables in consultation with your seniors.

You can expect to spend most of your time working on strategy related projects which include (but are not limited to): Long term strategic roadmaps, growth strategy, market entry and expansion strategy, go-to-market strategy, business level digital transformation and due diligence projects Commercial and incorporation projects.

Your clients may include global corporations, governments, public entities, family conglomerates, and sovereign wealth funds. The EY-Parthenon strategy team typically works directly with C-Suite executives on their strategic and transactional decisions.

Success skills and attributes

As a strategy consulting professional, you must be able to:
Develop business strategies using tools such as market analysis, customer research, macroeconomic forecasting, and portfolio optimization.
Review the transaction rationale and/or transaction documents to identify significant business issues and risks related to the proposed transaction.
Collect, analyze and translate large amounts of qualitative and quantitative data into realistic, actionable plans, goals.
Motivate and advise emerging team members with diverse skills and backgrounds.

To qualify for this role you must have:
Minimum, Bachelor’s degree from a high-level school with outstanding academic performance, and at least 4 to 6 years of experience in strategic consulting.
Experience working on “big picture” strategic projects that include business due diligence, digital transformation, growth strategy, and market strategy.
Ability to conduct detailed assessments of industries, products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities.
Proficiency in the English language, including the ability to listen, understand, read and communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, in a professional environment.
Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Willingness and ability to travel within the MENA region, when necessary (about 25-50% of the time).

Ideally, you will also have:
Master’s degree in Business Administration or Master’s degree from one of the best business schools.
Previous experience with a particular focus on client consulting or strategic planning within a professional services or similar environment.
Excellent problem solving, project management, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
