Export Bahrain signs agreement with Dubai Industries & Exports

Manama, October 20 (BNA) Bahrain Export and Dubai Industries and Exports signed an agreement to provide solutions to Bahrain-based companies to enhance export opportunities, enhance their business and expand their activities geographically to international markets.

The agreement seeks to unify efforts to increase the exports of local companies, enhance the competitiveness of exporters residing in Bahrain, and accelerate their access to global markets. According to the agreement, the two parties will organize joint workshops, business seminars and other training programs including the exchange of available data on export-related activities to benefit exporters residing in Bahrain and to support the promotion of their products and services.

Export Bahrain and Dubai Industries & Exports will support companies from various sectors to explore possibilities in the UAE market and beyond as well as provide them with solutions to identify potential international partners and buyers.

“Export Bahrain’s efforts are geared towards developing partnerships and solutions that will provide Bahraini export companies with all possible benefits and business links in all markets. This agreement is an opportunity to allow more exporters to discover new markets and our mission at Export Bahrain is to facilitate the export journey across a variety of sectors and this cooperation will add great value for exporters to access regional and international markets,” said Export Bahrain, Acting CEO Safaa Sharif Abdul-Khaleq.

“We encourage companies to take advantage of this agreement to identify new customers and partners for their products and services in one of the largest regional markets and beyond.”

This cooperation will also stimulate mechanisms to enhance the export environment and significantly accelerate trade between the Kingdom of Bahrain and Dubai. This partnership comes at a critical time to help companies in Bahrain and Dubai identify new export opportunities for their products and services, thus expanding growth prospects for exports and business support to be able to enter new markets, which will stimulate trade growth, said Saeed Al Awadhi, CEO of Industries and Exports in Dubai.
