Manama, Dec. 19 (BNA): Export Bahrain signed a memorandum of understanding with the Bahraini Australian Business Council with the aim of further facilitating business and providing basic and integrated support for Bahrain-based companies to access Australian markets and enrich bilateral trade relations between the two countries.


This strategic agreement in the Kingdom of Bahrain will serve as a promotional tool and a path with opportunities to promote and market its products and services to the Australian markets in addition to exchanging knowledge, experience and market systems that enhance cooperation and promote trade and economic relations between Bahrain and Australia.


The partnership aims to contribute to the development of an integrated national export system, which will serve as a gateway for exporters to promote and market their products and services in Australian markets. Furthermore, this partnership will provide Bahrain-based products and services easy access to the Australian market through seminars, webinars, workshops, trade fairs and meetings between companies based in Bahrain and Australia.


Commenting on the occasion, Ms. Safaa Sharif Abdulkhaleq, CEO of Export Bahrain, stated: “This new partnership with the Australian-Bahrain Business Council comes as a strategic opportunity that will open new doors for Bahrain-based companies to explore new horizons in Bahrain.
