Role:
– Provide and support the inventory management team and ensure optimum level of stock availability and delivery deadlines.
Assist in taking responsibility effectively in implementing the process and procedures defined for the department, ensuring that they meet the target and plans, managing vendor contract renewals and providing new vendors.

Main responsibilities and activities:
Monitor inventory transfers across channels and take necessary actions to improve the organization’s performance
Appropriately manage the SCM function and always maintain a low cost operation when needed
Manage inbound and outbound inventory and sales operations via Visual Dolphin, ensuring accuracy of data entered and running adjustments when needed
Provide ongoing support to the vendor team regarding any ambiguities in the use of the system
Track shipments, oversee inventory audits, and maintain procurement and pricing reports. To be successful in this role, you must be familiar with supply chain procedures and have good communication skills to interact with vendors, customers and internal teams.
– Creating purchase and stationery orders and issuing items.
– Processing invoices for all sales transactions.
– Check prices and contracts up to date.
Inform the sales team of monthly sales results.
Support the sales team with general operations to help reach team goals.
Communicate important feedback internally from clients.
– Preparing employee schedules.
Handling and responding to large volumes of emails.
Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well informed of developments, knowledge and innovations in the relevant area of ​​expertise.
Other duties as directed by the supervisor or other superiors.

qualifications:
– Diploma in Business Administration or similar field from a recognized institution.
