Rixos Doha Qetaifan
Opening in mid-2022, Rixos Doha Qetaifan will consist of a 345-key hotel, along with an 11,000 square meter rental market, a beach club, a theme park, and a water park. The resort will offer panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Set to make its debut ahead of the World Cup, Rixos plans to provide a platform to showcase Qatar as a tourist destination. One of the country’s biggest attractions will be the water park on Qetaifan Island North, the Icon Tower, the tallest tower of its kind in the world, reaching 82 meters in height.

What will you do:
Lead and manage all aspects of the kitchen operations of a luxury resort and ensure that all culinary standards are followed with friendly and engaging service.
– Handle guest concerns and respond quickly, tracking and notifying appropriate areas to ensure high quality products are produced for our guests
Maximizing F&B revenue and maintaining food cost through proper recruitment, training and production of high quality dishes that improve guest satisfaction.
Your experience and skills include:
Service-focused character required, prior leadership experience required
– Managed 12 plus ports and ample meeting space
A progressive career of at least ten years in luxury hotels
Clearly communicate ideas, actions, and opportunities with strong communication skills
Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the stage for high performance
