Manama, May 23 (BNA): Dr. Muhammad bin Mubarak Juma, Minister of Education and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Council of Higher Education, received Dr. Wahib Ahmed Al-Khaja, President of Applied Science University.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Diana Abdul-Karim Al-Jahrami, Secretary General of the Supreme Elections Committee.
The minister stressed the importance of the role of the Supreme Committee in working to develop the outputs of higher education institutions to be in line with the requirements of the labor market.
He expressed his appreciation for ASU’s keenness to develop its outputs and expand its international partnerships.
Al-Khaja thanked the Ministry and the Council for their support of higher education institutions.
