As a Duty Manager, you will demonstrate your leadership and personal strengths to help maximize front office operations and ensure an exceptional guest journey.

What will you do:
Support the Front Office Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring employee productivity, monitoring the efficiency of all operations and helping create a positive work environment
– Handle guest concerns and respond quickly, tracking and notifying appropriate areas to ensure unforgettable moments for our guests
Also responsible for all front office functions during the specified night shift to ensure smooth running of all tasks.
Maximizing room revenue by participating in revenue management meetings and implementing agreed revenue management strategies and practices
Maintains and is guided by hotel policy regarding credit/lost and found property of hotel guests
Your experience and skills include:
Service-focused character required, prior leadership experience required
Previous experience working with Opera or a related system
– Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
Clearly communicate ideas, actions, and opportunities with strong communication skills
Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the stage for high performance
