WSP is looking for a Document Controller to manage all activities related to document control, including technical documents, drawings and business correspondence for the project.
Your new role, what is your role?
* Responsible for coordinating all company departments to ensure that all documents are kept in the right place and in the correct department file archive
* Make sure all company documents are well checked and submitted on time before the documents submission due date
* Copy, scan and store documents
* Check accuracy and edit files, such as contracts
* Distribute copies of the project to internal teams
* Document files in physical and digital records
* Create templates for future use
* Retrieve files as requested by employees and customers
* Managing the flow of documents within the organization
* Ensure that all documents do not contain errors in file names, submissions, etc. before sending them to some departments if requested.
* Assist in preparing procedures, package system for document controls.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
* Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role
* Familiarity with project management
* Good experience with MS Office and MS Excel
* Proficient in Aconex
* Proficient in writing and editing skills
* Data organization skills
*Pay attention to details
* Fluency in English
