Duties include but are not limited to:
Develop appropriate sales and marketing strategies to achieve budgeted goals.
Planning and managing marketing campaigns while evaluating results.
Analyze relevant data to enhance the hotel’s market position.
– Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
Manage, develop and train the sales and marketing team and evaluate their performance to maintain consistent results.
Your experience and skills include:
Relevant hotel experience.
Very responsible and reliable.
– Excellent communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
– Good presentation skills.
Familiar with relevant computer systems.
