We are currently looking for an Experienced Digital Reporting Engineer (Project Controls) (Arabic speaking) to form part of the Project Management Consultant (PMC) team, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Create project reports and distribute them to project stakeholders.
Responsible for the delivery of project reports, including the development of various report formats, dashboards, presentations, etc., as required by the project team.
Plans and coordinates with stakeholders as necessary to achieve project report objectives.
Assist the Project Control Manager with monitoring tasks not limited to data analysis, what if scenarios, identification of bottlenecks, critical elements, claim avoidance strategy and follow-up assistance with stakeholders.
Review consultant/contractor reports and provide constructive feedback for improvement and enhancement of report and presentation quality.
Supports customer leaders with information needed to update business partners.
Responsible for maintaining the Project Management Information System (PMIS) to support Report Generations.
Responsible for managing project reporting requirements, achieving project objectives and escalating issues to project leadership as necessary.
Must be able to read and understand standards for complex project documents, including but not limited to – Agreements/Contracts, Weekly Reports and Monthly Reports.
Coordinates project documentation management in line with company and client requirements.
Ensures the integrity of project data and documentation is accurate and coordinated in a timely manner.
Ability to perform Project Controls tasks and ability to provide leave covers to planners to seamlessly meet project deliverables in their absence.
requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science or related field experience.
8-10 years of experience in planning and reporting.
Detailed knowledge of the best practical data management solutions.
Demonstrate an understanding of data relationships and query data.
Automate and simplify processes related to data collection, transformation, and query.
– Prepare digital reports using Power BI, PMWeb, and others.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office with ability to write codes.
Practical experience in Primavera is essential
Demonstrate knowledge of projects and program management.
Ability to understand, analyze and interpret project documents.
Ability to effectively understand the most sensitive issues.
Assist in writing reports, brochures, procedures and articles in a distinctive style.
Ability to prepare effective presentation on complex topics to employees, clients, senior management and/or public groups.
