what are you going to do
Our Digital Payments Coordinator facilitates back-end support for the Digital Payments team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative and documentation activities are completed in a timely and accurate manner and in accordance with policies, procedures, compliance and regulatory standards.
Support the digital payments team with data mining and reporting
Assist in the maintenance of databases related to specific projects or tasks
Preparing and documenting standard operating procedures for various payment flows and processes.
– Create a document repository of all contracts with indexing and quick links
– Manage support issue tracking based on ticketing system
– Assisting with related projects when needed
Gain knowledge of the various business entities within the group and their working procedures, programmes, products and services to ensure optimum service efficiency
What you will need to succeed
– 1+ year work experience
Understand the basics of digital payments
– Strong Communication Skills
– Proactive team player
Interested in developing a career in digital payments/treasury/finance
– English is essential, Arabic is desirable
