Job description and summary
A career within Assurance Support Services will provide the opportunity to support our teams and clients by providing advice and advice on accounting, financial reporting and strategic business issues. Upon joining, you will help ensure a complete and appropriate exchange of information between our consultants and thus with engagement teams and clients, provide expert advice on a variety of specific topics, support engagement teams in solving complex problems, and support clients and their clients. Affiliates in assessing the potential impact of accounting and reporting on standard setting initiatives. You will develop strong relationships with our engagement teams and established audit clients and enhance our ability to meet the greater expectations of investors with the challenges of an increasingly complex business environment.
Assist in developing content plans and attend planning meetings with stakeholders
Engage with freelance translators, India team, graphic design agency, branding and marketing team and other unit workers
Develop and manage relationships with internal stakeholders
– Manage relationships with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy
Produce accurate, timely, and high-quality content assets (based on insight and user test output, relevant to the audience, easy to understand, and optimized for search engines) and style
– Choose the best format for displaying information to the user
Monitor performance of content and tools
Determine ways to improve content and product
– Ensure professional quality of our materials, formatting, look and feel, brand management and compliance, consistent content and templates, workflow management for temporary workers
Coordinate content provided by others (as agreed by project managers and SMEs regarding the quality of the initial inputs and what are acceptable standards
Training others on how to set brands and expected minimum standards
Develop and implement content and coordination strategies with the support of a senior content designer
– Graphic design and proofreading for non-technical content
– Excellent spoken and written English
– Excellent administrative and organizational skills
Cold calling experience preferred
