The main responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
* Work with the CEO and other executives to develop short-term and long-term goals, related plans and policies.
* Reviewing the financial results of all operations, comparing them with the company’s objectives, and taking appropriate measures to correct unsatisfactory performance and results.
* Ensures that the Company complies with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and standards.
* Act as the company’s representative on the board of directors, shareholders, employees, customers, government and the public.
* Enhancing communication and cooperation between departments to create a spirit of unity in the organization.
