Job description and summary
Resource Administrators will support industry groups and customer teams. You will play an important role in supporting the implementation and delivery of Resource Management (RM) services to ensure operational excellence. You will work with business and others in RM and broader support functions to support the company’s strategy around flexibility and mobility for our employees and support the company’s employee agenda such as talent management and skills development. This is a people-focused role, founded on effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.

Plan, coordinate and implement RM activity (manpower planning/deployment/talent management) in support of overall business objectives and RM . strategy
Ensure that business needs are delivered in an efficient manner at all times by optimizing work allocation and deploying employees to maximize profitability along with personal development and people welfare plans
Gather information on employees’ career planning/goals, strengths, and opportunity areas to help allocate the right employees to the right customer at the right time (via partner coaches and managers)
Decisions of non-assigned clients and reallocation of new entrants / quits
Collaboration and teamwork with other RM professionals including; Focus on continuous improvement, sharing of best practices, liaison with other service lines on borrowing/lending, staffing, etc.
Analyze standard productivity reports and make recommendations on appropriate action plan or required activities (eg workload balancing, utilization optimization, etc.)
Analyze business needs and employee requests to create new career paths as required; Develop continuous approaches to easily match employee interests with company needs
Demonstrate good business knowledge and be proactive regarding business supply and demand challenges such as busy periods, repetitive business, etc.
Produce management information (MI) for the RM function and client needs, such as graphs, analytical data, and trends. Review and analysis of MI and reports highlighting BU trends and any risks/exceptions
– Be prepared to challenge BU protocols in case of impact on resources i.e. completion timelines, accuracy of codes, etc.
Establish effective relationships and become known as a reference point within RM. Engage with engagement managers to understand their priorities.
Build relationships with other functions such as human capital (HC), finance and interaction from an RM . perspective
Engage and promote the use of key resource systems including Talentlink, iPower, and Salesforce to enable effective sourcing

requirements

1 to 3 years of workforce planning, resourcing, staffing or project management experience, ideally through professional services or a corporate environment.
Experience in prioritizing or resolving conflicts, with the ability to manage complex conflicts between multiple parties in a rapidly changing environment
Strong relationship and stakeholder management experience; Ability to interact with people at all levels and ability to influence, challenge and negotiate effectively
Strong Excel skills (pivots / graphs / data analysis)
– Knowledge of PowerBI advantage
