Business unit overview

The Financial Crimes team offers a range of services to our banking and financial services clients, including AML/Terrorist Financing/Sanctions compliance, FinCrime technology and fraud prevention to help our clients identify financial crime risk appetite, framework development, AML audits, and regulatory harmonization and improve it. .

We are a growing team and we are looking for dynamic, flexible, proactive and diligent advisors with a passion to positively shape financial services in the GCC over the coming years. We have a strong portfolio of significant transformational opportunities with our clients that will provide exciting opportunities for all of our employees to rise and play important and rewarding roles.

Responsibilities:

Support teams involved in projects related to AML/CFT, sanctions and fraud risk management.
Advise clients on appropriate financial crime risks, compliance with regulatory requirements and governance frameworks.
Provides critical business insights to clients through written reports and data visualizations.
Develop strategies to assist our clients in adapting to legal, regulatory and industry changes.
Delivering presentations and presentations to potential and existing clients. Develop trust-based relationships with key stakeholders and executives.

requirements:

– Willingness to be in Amman, Jordan.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology, or any other related discipline. ACAMS certification or equivalent is an added advantage.
Years of Experience: 3 – 6 years of experience in financial services, preferably in compliance or financial crime.
Previous experience in the Middle East is an added advantage, especially towards the latter part of the career.
Excellent organizational skills, able to handle well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proven IT skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (orally and in writing), particularly the ability to articulate concepts and recommendations in written form (PowerPoint reports, infographics, etc.).
The ability and willingness to travel within the Middle East and the world where the project dictates.
You have the mindset to anticipate customer needs, as well as identify new opportunities to support our customers in implementing their strategies.
You are collaborative and enjoy working in an innovative environment.
