The team manager defines the vision and culture of their teams by addressing individual and team performance expectations and goals, maintaining an individual focus on ensuring and improving customer satisfaction, by identifying broader issues affecting customers and implementing solutions to enhance quality and productivity, while achieving real-time required service levels.

Main responsibilities include:
Department of Personnel Affairs or Department of Human Resources:
Leading and developing a team of 20-25 associates. Responsible for managing the overall performance, coordination and evaluation of the team.
Actively participate in and drive a culture of continuous improvement through “Kaizen” and “Lean” projects.
Identifying and removing barriers to accuracy, productivity and quality.

Basic qualifications
– Fluent in French
– Bachelor’s degree is a must.
3 years experience in customer service would be an added advantage
5-7 years of comprehensive experience and 2 years of supervisory exposure managing a team of 10-20 members.
Advanced computer skills using a variety of highly desirable software
Availability 24/7/365, including willingness to work on weekends, and outside of the ‘standard’ work day
The applicant must be in a people management role

qualifications preferred
Additional professional certifications such as (PMP, Six Sigma, Lean Processes) are preferred.
