Role and Responsibilities
Providing Post-Contract Management “Quantity Surveying Services” in the Oil and Gas Industry.
– Site measurements, quantification and reporting of all building materials, working hours and activities, plant and equipment.
Manage the actual cost generated through monthly evaluations and final accounts against contract terms and conditions.
– Set star rates, and provide commercial/contractual information on the site in preparation for changes.
– Evaluation of claims submitted by subcontractors

– BSc in Quantities (Preferred)
expertise
At least 7 years of experience after contracting
Gulf project experience (5+ years)
Background on oil and gas
Work for a reputable contractor
– A track record in a similar role is essential
