As a dynamic and driven recruitment specialist, you will support the regional campus recruitment team in targeted recruitment of high profile candidates in the Middle East. You will play an essential role in developing relationships with all applicants, in order to build closeness and loyalty, regardless of the outcome of their application. As the main contact for the candidates, you will guide them through the entire recruitment process. With your creative and innovative ideas, you will develop strategies and concepts to continually improve campus employability. There will also be an opportunity to work on some projects related to our overall recruitment transformation effort.
Your responsibilities will include:
In collaboration with the team leader, build and improve the overall Campus Hire strategy
Owning the candidate pipeline, ensuring effective management of the entire recruitment process
Establish strong relationships with candidates across different groups and are seen as the main point of contact
Manage complex conversations with candidates and contact international recruitment teams
Support in related projects related to talent acquisition and beyond.

Have an eye for detail in accurately updating all recruitment platforms/tools

You have significant project management experience and the ability to parallel multiple initiatives.

qualifications:
Relevant Bachelor’s degree plus at least 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition but 5 to 6 years of total work experience, preferably in a professional services firm with proven success in managing multiple international research projects in parallel across levels and markets Using a range of direct sources, tools and tactics.
Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced, multicultural environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English; Arabic plus
Demonstrate the ability to work with people at all levels
advanced level computer skills; Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
