Guildhall is working with a fast growing real estate developer in Dubai during an exciting period of growth.
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to work with either a Developer or a PMC/Design Consulting.
This role is expected to support:
Capital planning
– collecting
– Business project management
– cash flow management
– Feasibility studies
Management of commercial functions, including management of external cost consultants
Assist in the ongoing review and improvement of the process and procedures to support the overall management function
Direct liaison with the legal group and third parties in providing construction contract management and support
In order to be considered for an interview, candidates must be able to demonstrate the following experiences, skills and qualifications:
– Degree in engineering or quantity surveying
– Business affiliation such as MIRCS
Experienced working with a real estate developer or PMC
– 10+ years experience in commercial management
