Continuous Improvement Manager

We are Amazon. We are pioneers.

Since opening our virtual doors in 1995, we’ve pushed the boundaries of the possible even further.

Our entire business works hard to delight our customers – from the second an online order is placed to the seamless coordination of that order behind the scenes, we strive to stay agile, smooth and intentional. This can be described in one of our core leadership principles, the action bias. This means our teams come together, roll up their sleeves, and don’t just stand still.

Amazon’s overall mission is simple: to be the place where customers can find, discover and buy anything online. Whatever customers want, Amazon will find a way to deliver it.
