Responsibilities:

Senior Managers in Energy, Water and Environment will lead a comprehensive strategy and engagement process focused on assessing the current situation, identifying future state opportunities and creating comprehensive transformation business cases.
Lead internal teams and work teams across strategy and transformation initiatives to develop and deliver comprehensive solutions.
Develop yourself personally, paying close attention to trends in the energy and water sector and influencing our customers so you can help shape their thinking and our success in the marketplace.
Write and submit winning proposals to support our clients, working in the broader Energy, Water and Environment region in the region, on strategy, operational/quality improvement and cost reduction.
Support the development of new proposals to help our clients standardize how processes, policies and procedures are implemented and implemented in the most efficient and effective manner.
Communicate new solutions and strategies to clients through technical reports and presentations.
Work with colleagues across all Middle East offices on client work and internal initiatives as well as with international teams when required; And,
– Keep up with current trends from the region and from around the world.
Mentor and coach other members of the business unit and project team in order to foster a high performance team environment.
While working as part of a team, you will develop your understanding of key themes in the market and in the region. You will work collaboratively with other industry experts to shape the future of our clients and bring about positive change. You’ll have access to the latest training and development tools and the support of PwC’s broader network.

requirements:

The candidate will be achievement-oriented with the ability to be flexible and able to adapt on a daily basis. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team with a fast pace and high energy that will translate into high quality output.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Years of Experience: 10 years of relevant industrial experience within a leading facility or 6-8 years in management consultancy, providing strategic and transformation services to the power and water sectors. The candidate will acquire the following skills/knowledge:
In-depth understanding of the utility business, value chain and engines
Understand energy politics in the Middle East and the world
Knowledge of supply and demand dynamics of the energy and water sector in the region.
Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload with flexibility and ability to handle well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong interest and passion in developing strategy and business planning initiative for some of the largest and best energy and utilities companies in the Middle East.
Proven IT skills in the following programmes: Microsoft suite of products and/or Google Suite.
Language Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
Ability and willingness to travel within the Middle East
