Overall responsibility for all construction activities with respect to performance, actions, and recommendations to project managers for improvements and corrective actions.

Manage contractors with a focus on quality and compliance with engineering drawings. Code and applicable standards, construction schedule and cost.

Interface and coordinate with engineering support building activities

· Review the client interface, communication and project management team.

Preparing periodic management reports

Assist in the development and implementation of institutional construction policies that support project construction.

Select, direct and develop a multicultural management team and workforce with construction responsibilities to ensure that the organization achieves its business objectives and complies with all relevant regulations and laws.

Supervise all QA/QC department

Ensure that quality assurance and ISO standards are met in all construction related activities.

Ensure that customers’ quality specifications are constantly met.

Allocating capital and human resources to maximize productivity

Oversee and implement project expenditures, assets and other resources with budget.

Ensure that field instructions/change orders are documented and invoiced.

Responsible for the construction path with integration planning for the safe and on-time delivery of the project within budget.

Solve major construction problems in projects.

Resolve issues related to critical phases of projects, overcome necks, and ensure effective deployment of resources to meet demand for safe and on-time project delivery.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

At least 20 years with more than 15 years working experience, managing construction and operation in an EPIC environment for projects of similar nature and scale, including at least one major reservoir project. The candidate must have previously managed construction supervisors and a multidisciplinary workforce including: direct labor, subcontractors and vendors; To hand over construction activities including pre-commissioning. Experience in managing specialist subcontractors including: heavy lift, tankers. essential.
