Commander-in-Chief chairs RCSNDC Supreme Council meeting

Manama, May 17 (BNA): Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defense Force, chaired the meeting of the Supreme Council of Royal Command and Staff and the National Defense College. .

The meeting was attended by Lieutenant General Theyab bin Saqr Al Nuaimi, Chief of Staff of the Bahrain Defense Force.

The Commander-in-Chief listened to a briefing from the College Commander, Brigadier General Abdullah Saeed Al-Mansoori, on the basic stages of the academic year, including military academic subjects and training programs.

He was also briefed on the procedures for implementing the college’s development plans aimed at improving the quality of education and training in it.

The meeting also discussed issues related to upgrading the college’s specialized training programmes.

Sheikh Khalifa bin Ahmed pointed out that the Bahrain Defense Force has achieved many remarkable achievements at the combat and administrative levels thanks to the constant attention and directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander, stressing the Bahrain Defense Force’s firm keenness to constantly develop everyone. Academic curricula in various military training facilities.

The Commander-in-Chief highlighted the college’s role in the field of higher military education to prepare highly qualified officers equipped with all modern military requirements.

He pointed out that the development of the modernization process in the college has reflected positively on the operations carried out by the various work teams and units of the Bahrain Defense Force.

He added that the Bahrain Defense Force is keen to develop the programs and curricula of the college and provide them with qualified personnel in the academic and military fields, and work to raise their levels to update them with the latest modern technologies in military education.

The Commander-in-Chief wished the faculty and students success in achieving the goals related to specialized training programs and academic affairs.
