Cityscape heads to Bahrain as Kingdom’s Real Estate Regulatory Authority inks deal with Informa Markets

Dubai, November 9 (BNA) Informa Markets, the organizer of the leading real estate exhibition chain, Cityscape, plans to launch Cityscape Bahrain at the all-new Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Center next year, after signing a historic agreement with the Kingdom’s Real Estate Regulatory Authority. Global property developer Savills recently highlighted the potential of Bahrain’s office market, noting that it outperforms other asset classes with demand remaining relatively stable, and landlords being flexible to retain and attract tenants with incentives that include contributions to fit-out costs. More than 21,000 square meters of online office space have already been made available in the country this year, and another 63,000 square meters is expected to be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2022.
