We are currently seeking a career, education and expert advisor to join the Saudi Arabia HR team to support our employees across the Kingdom with a special focus on our graduates. Our core alumni in our business and graduate program help develop potential future leaders in Saudi Arabia. • This program needs to be well coordinated and managed to create a meaningful experience for our graduates and relevant stakeholders.
Your new role, what is your role?
Managing and coordinating our alumni program
* Registration with alumni. Objectives (3 monthly goal discussions), performance, rotation, etc.,
*Work as a system line manager for all graduates in rotation
* Complete people system assessments and semi-annual performance reviews
* Manage shifts and mentors
*Coordinate with PD and potential mentors for rotation, and will also work with Graduate Project Line Managers to work on technical development.
* Support the transition process to transfer our graduates from the rotation program to their permanent status
* Supporting the training program and development days
Organizing and facilitating learning events across business units
Guidance receipt support
Learning management support
We would love to hear from you if you have:
* Degree in Human Resources or a related subject.
* Complex and inspiring development programs previously managed and coordinated
Experience in coordinating and delivering learning interventions
* Knowledge of learning management systems
