In your role as a Campus Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with business stakeholders and the MENA Campus Recruitment team to design and deliver recruitment campaigns to attract and hire the best interns and graduate talent for EY MENA.
Your main responsibilities
Consult business stakeholders for recruitment objectives and confirmation of their ideal candidate profile.
Create and implement recruitment strategies to attract outstanding and talented candidates.
Managing the training program and increasing conversion rates for postgraduate programs.
Advise businesses on best-in-class recruitment techniques, target universities, market insights and influence the business’s recruitment plans.
Oversee the entire recruitment cycle for specific MENA locations (consulting with business stakeholders, managing campus events (virtual and physical), shortlisting potential trainees and graduates, coordinating online assessments and interviews while ensuring a smooth joining experience for new hires).
– Consult the business on the offers of employment to be made to the candidates.
Provide constructive feedback to those candidates who do not receive job offers.
Campus Attraction and Recruitment Marketing
Develop and maintain relationships with the following stakeholders: Academic faculty members. professional office staff; the students; and stakeholders in the university.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of EY service lines.
Consult with recruitment and employer brand teams in the MENA region to design candidate and sourcing engagement strategies to support recruitment initiatives.
Develop detailed recruitment plans for campus activities that include initiatives to support early candidate identification.
– Giving presentations and workshops on campus and internally.
– Event management (virtual and physical).
To qualify for this role, you must have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any scientific background.
A consultative approach to stakeholder management.
Passion for employment on campus.
Creative and strategic mindset.
Experience in event management.
Confident communication style and presentation skills with excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Ideally, you will also have
Exposure to managing assessment centers and administering online assessment tests.
Experience in handling large data volumes in Excel and MS Office to generate accurate insights.
Exposure to recruitment management systems such as SuccessFactors and Yello.
Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment (attraction, sourcing, screening, testing, interviews, and presentation).
