You will act as an influencer, using your strong communication skills to generate demand for Oracle solutions. Responsibilities:
• Identifying new business opportunities for offering Oracle products by prospecting new and existing accounts.
• Analysis of customer needs in terms of current business challenges.
• Engage with decision making units in client organizations and proactively deliver Oracle solutions relevant to their business.
• Master Selling and Communication Skills – Actively use a variety of tools including but not limited to social media, internet, web-based tools, and outgoing calls.
• Designing and creating impact maps by identifying the right people.
• Help clients unlock their business potential by developing a meaningful conversation.
• Achieving a high level of collaboration with the marketing and sales teams by developing and delivering shared goals and account development strategies.
Skills/Experience Required:
• The Business Development Consultant will be an integral part of the Business Development team, and the ideal candidate will have:
• The ability to have a meaningful conversation with clients.
• The ability to communicate across multiple business units in the organization.
• Understand key competitive technologies and/or specific industries.
• Ability to handle objections.
• Strong time management skills.
• Self-disciplined people, willing to learn and interested in techniques.
• Ability to work in teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to demonstrate the advantages of Oracle C-level technologies to senior business decision makers.
• The ability to embrace change.
• Fluency in English and French.
