your responsibilities
• Assist in developing, documenting, implementing, validating, and maintaining resilience and business continuity plans and providing clerical duties and logistical support to the resilience and business continuity team.
• Collect and link BC data. Perform non-conformance reviews and gather more information in response to routine problems. Determine the direct relationship between cause and effect. Break down tasks and problems into manageable components. Seek guidance as needed to assess importance and urgency. Escalate issues of a non-routine nature as required.
• Provides expertise in all Flexibility Departments policies and operations
• Expand knowledge of the process, BU’s and products to include key processes and operational aspects that affect the successful implementation of business functions
• Exchange of information regarding routine procedures and activities.
• BE BUSINESS SMART – Have the confidence to ask questions that increase awareness of the relevant Columbia camera and demonstrate insight.
• Apply company values, flexibility standard and BC management framework, make timely decisions and provide real-time guidance. Seeks instructions or escalates matters that require higher input or include questions of judgment.
• Obtaining information about both formal and informal operations. Uses appropriate tools, techniques, and sources to collect, update, and monitor information. Check the accuracy of the interpretation. He looks for the right people to guide when needed depending on the type of problem.
• Performing all tasks in accordance with quality and output standards. Take the lead to ensure results meet internal and external client requirements. Requests feedback on performance on new tasks. Measures accuracy using performance metrics. Establishes standards for improvement to reduce errors, omissions, and omissions.
• Coordinate routine updates of information supporting Business Continuity Actions (eg, contact lists, staff assignments, vital records management, inventories, offsite backup schedules, etc.). Coordinates electronic access and distribution of hard copies of business continuity plans and procedures. Manages contracts and service agreements with business continuity service providers.
• Assists in developing plan, training and awareness materials and all administrative aspects to implement plans
• Assists in the development of testing and practice procedures and the plan as well as all logistical and administrative activities to facilitate the implementation of the plan

your qualifications
• At least 3 years of experience in corporate business continuity planning.
• Knowledge of ISO22301
• Ability to understand and document workflow and business processes.
• Must have the ability to plan work assignments, prioritize tasks and deliver deadlines accurately;
• The ability to identify and respond to risk areas should be demonstrated.
• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must have high standards of integrity and ethical practices.
• Independence and proactivity.
• Having a background in IT and business continuity/risk management is an advantage
• You must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
