what are you going to do
Our beauty consultant is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all clients and using appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to reach sales targets. Our beauty consultant is responsible for counter cleaning, stock replenishment, handling of new launches, product promotion and merchandising. Our consultant is also required to maintain high levels of standards in terms of personal care.
Building and maintaining guest experience standards to build strong loyalty
– Handling customer inquiries about products, pricing, availability, and uses of the product and services
Communicate with customers to assess their needs and provide assistance in meeting those needs to meet or exceed customer expectations
Advise customers on the product ranges best suited to their needs
Explain the use and benefits of various brands and products
– Generate sales, while achieving line and sales targets, using make-up knowledge
Store-wide sales target tracking
– Create daily sales reports
Contribute to the achievement of incentives
– Post-launch sales tracking at the store level
Ensure that in-store marketing levels are met as per brand guidelines
Ensure that stock is replenished in stock at appropriate shelves/counters, at appropriate times
– Report stock shortages using the stock requisition form
Ensure receipt of stock as per set procedures
What you will need to succeed
At least two years of experience in the cosmetic field
